Committed to making a big impact on the very same community that she grew up in. And not one to forget about the struggles that many young girls face, Natosha was compelled to start a charity for them. The vision of N-Zone was created out of her desire to influence young girls ages 6 to 18. Natosha's vision is to educate, empower, and motivate these young women to strive for success.

"My hope is to bring joy into these girls' lives and leave them with hope and a determination to succeed past their situations and environments," Natosha said. "Many of these girls are constantly faced with obstacles and challenges that require caring people to intervene and provide them with productive choices. They're faced with pressures of drugs, sex, and school drop-out. The time spent with these young ladies really does make a difference."

Despite limited resources in this challenging economy, we have worked conscientiously reach out to delicate young girls. However we need your help to continue our work. Our plan for 2011-2012 is to harness the power of communities nationwide to help reach young girls. Our goal is to reach thousands of young girls by continuing to grow our initiative and developing an awareness about our cause. Our work is only possible with your financial support.
